We are now offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven individual to joinour Purchasing & Supply Chain team, playing a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and liaising closely with our Far East supplier base.
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly driven Demand Planning Coordinator to join our fast-paced and growing supply chain team.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end planning role combining demand planning, supply coordination, and operational execution. You’ll act as the critical link between forecasts, suppliers, and operations—ensuring the right products are available at the right time, at the right cost.

Key Responsibilities
Demand & Supply Planning
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align forecasts, validate assumptions, and improve forecast accuracy
- Develop and manage demand forecasts using historical data, market insights, and business intelligence
- Create and maintain supply plans aligned to demand forecasts using ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP/APO)
- Balance service levels, inventory, and cost efficiency
Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor stock levels across warehouses to ensure optimal availability
- Analyse safety stock, lead times, and demand variability to prevent stockouts and excess inventory
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation actions
Purchase Orders & Supplier Management
- Raise, manage, and adjust purchase orders accurately and on time within ERP systems
- Build strong relationships with international suppliers (particularly Far East)
- Track supplier performance, lead times, and delivery schedules
- Support supplier negotiations and cost control initiatives
Logistics & Operations Coordination
- Work closely with logistics, warehouse to ensure smooth product flow
- Support product launches, transitions, and lifecycle changes
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment between planning, shipping, and fulfilment
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Own and deliver routine and ad-hoc reporting (forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory KPIs)
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Maintain accurate data within ERP systems
- Support budgeting and longer-term planning cycles
Process Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning and supply chain processes
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- Experience in demand planning, supply planning, or supply chain coordination
- Background in electronics, FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution preferred
- Experience using ERP systems
Skills & Capabilities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate large data sets
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
- Highly numerate with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Can-do attitude – takes ownership and delivers to deadlines
- Strong communicator, confident working across teams and with suppliers
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
- Highly organised with excellent time management
- Eager to learn and continuously improve

- Experience with ERP systems or advanced planning tools
