Location: Wigan (Standish) & New Short Break Home Opening Soon in Bolton.
Unqualified to Team Leader Positions (£12.95 - £14.45 per hour + £60 per sleep-in)

- Our established EBD home in Standish
- A brand new, beautifully refurbished Short Break Care home in Bolton
The Role
As a Residential Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in providing safe, nurturing, and therapeutic care to children and young people who have experienced trauma and/or have additional needs.
You will:
- Support children in their daily lives and emotional development
- Contribute to and implement ‘how we care for you’ plans
- Work as part of a collaborative, supportive, ever-developing team
- Participate in a rota including sleep-in shifts or waking nights

About You
We’re looking for people who are:

- Great communicators with good written skills
You may already have experience in residential or therapeutic care or have experience in the education or social sector and want to start a rewarding career in this field.
Requirements
- Ideally hold (or be willing to work towards) a QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People
- Full UK driving licence
- Be eligible to work in the UK
- Aged 25+ (insurance requirement)
- Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check (paid for by us)
