Open-ended commission structure with 22% paid on all monthly billings once £15,001 is achieved

The Role

As a Commercial Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for building a new commercial desk, developing relationships with new and existing clients and managing the full recruitment process from start to finish.

Build a profitable 360 commercial recruitment desk

Grow relationships with existing clients already using the business for industrial recruitment

Source, interview and place permanent commercial candidates

Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment process through to completion

Become a trusted recruitment partner to both clients and candidates
About You

To succeed as a Commercial Recruitment Consultant, you'll ideally have:

At least two years' agency recruitment experience

A successful background in permanent recruitment

Confidence in business development and winning new clients

A proactive approach and the drive to build your own market

The motivation to maximise an uncapped commission scheme
