FOH Team Member – Choi Pin Chinese Restaurant
Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Front of House (FOH) Team Member to join the team at Choi Pin Chinese Restaurant.
As a FOH Team Member, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our customers, helping to create a welcoming, enjoyable and professional dining experience. No two shifts are exactly the same, so we’re looking for someone who is confident, hardworking and able to stay calm and organised in a busy restaurant environment.
Your Responsibilities
* Welcoming customers and providing friendly, attentive service
* Taking food and drink orders accurately
* Serving food and drinks to tables
* Clearing and resetting tables efficiently
* Assisting customers with questions about the menu, including dietary requirements and allergens
* Operating the till and handling payments
* Keeping the restaurant, tables and FOH areas clean and presentable
* Working closely with the kitchen and wider team to ensure smooth service
* Supporting colleagues during busy periods
* Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
* Helping to maintain the high standards and welcoming atmosphere of Choi Pin

* Comfortable working evenings, weekends and busy periods
Previous restaurant or customer service experience is desirable, but not essential — full training will be provided for the right person.
