The ideal candidate will have knowledge of food and experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
The duties and requirements for this position are as follows:
- Follow the head chefs prep lists to a high standard
- Cleaning to a high standard
- Opening up and cleaning down the kitchen
- Keep excellent food hygiene practices
- Create a positive work environment for all staff in line with the company’s social policies.
The requirements for a kitchen assistant are as follows:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
