CSCS Blue Card Holder – Painting and Decorating

We are looking for experienced CSCS Blue Card Holders to join our painting and decorating team on a subcontractor basis. The successful candidates will carry out high-quality painting and decorating works on active sites, working safely, professionally, and to the required specification.
Responsibilities
· Carry out painting and decorating works to a high standard across active sites.
· Prepare surfaces correctly, including filling, sanding, caulking, and making good where required.
· Apply paints, coatings, and finishes in line with specifications and site requirements.
· Read and follow specifications, schedules of work, and site instructions.
· Work safely and comply with site health and safety procedures at all times.
· Keep work areas clean, tidy, and organised.
· Complete snagging and finishing works when required.
· Represent the company professionally when working on client sites.
Requirements
· Valid CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card.
· Previous experience in painting and decorating on construction or refurbishment projects.
· Strong knowledge of preparation, finishing, snagging, and quality standards.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Reliable, punctual, professional, and able to follow site instructions.
· Good understanding of health and safety on construction sites.
· Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.
· IPAF, PASMA, and SSSTS qualifications desirable but not essential.
