The Role
As a J4L Team Member, you'll be the face of the brand. Making fresh juices, smoothies and desserts, serving customers with genuine warmth, and keeping the store running to the high standards we're known for.
Day to day you'll:
- Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, milkshakes and desserts to spec
- Deliver friendly, fast service at the till and on collection
- Confidently talk customers through the menu and recommend favourites
- Keep your station clean, stocked and compliant with food safety standards
- Support opening and closing routines, including cleaning and stock rotation
- Work as part of a close-knit team during busy evening and weekend trade
What We're Looking For
- A positive, hardworking attitude. Experience is a bonus, not a must (full training provided)
- Great communication skills and a natural way with customers
- Reliability and flexibility, including evenings and weekends
- Pride in cleanliness, presentation and doing things properly
- Right to work in the UK
