We are looking to recruit an ambitious Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician with experience of seeing projects through stages 3-5 to join an award winning, friendly, multi-disciplinary consultancy in Nottingham. The successful Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician will have an important role, leading aspects of some of their key projects.
The Company
Our client are a mid-sized multi-disciplinary consultancy with several UK office. They have experience in a number of project sectors and scales. They have an excellent work life balance in place, flexible working hours and a real commitment to looking after their staff.
All projects are in Revit and most are BIM level 2 and the practice has a highly talented BIM manager/BIM team. The team are passionate about their work and there is a friendly and sociable working environment.
The Opportunity
The Nottingham office is a small, recently formed but fast growing office. The successful applicant will have the fast career progression of a small studio, with the stability, established systems and excellent projects of a larger practice.
The successful candidate will join the company as a Senior Architectural Technologist or Senior Architectural Technician (depending on experience) and will have the opportunity to take a leading role on several key projects. There is also the opportunity to be part of the senior leadership team in Nottingham and make a real impact not just on projects, but across the practice too.
The Requirements:
- Degree in Architectural Technology, Architecture or similar. (Not essential)
- High proficiency in Revit
- Experience working across stages 3-5
- Experience of technical detailing, construction documentation etc. in Revit
- Experience working on UK based projects and good knowledge of the UK building regulations
Salary and Package
- Salary of £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid working, 2-3 days working from home per week
- 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
