We are opening a new store in Aberystwyth and are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Retail Manager to lead the new team and help establish the store as a successful destination for mens and boys wedding hire retail and made to measure suits.
The Role
We are looking for someone with proven retail management experience within the menswear trade. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales.
You will also be responsible for training, motivating and developing staff, creating a positive and successful team environment.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven retail experience, essentially within menswear
- Strong sales and customer-service skills
- Confident, energetic and commercially minded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to train, motivate and develop a team
- Organised and able to manage the day-to-day demands of a busy retail environment
- Passionate about menswear and delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Experience of wedding hire retail and made-to-measure tailoring would be an advantage
