Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Line Chef with branded experience to join our vibrant culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items efficiently while adhering to brand recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
- Support meal preparation during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Follow all food safety protocols, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent service delivery
- Serve food promptly and professionally to guests or service staff as required
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety practices and food safety standards
- Excellent culinary skills with an eye for detail and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with branded menu items and maintaining consistency in quality
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Prior experience serving guests or supporting front-of-house operations is a plus
