Step Into Teaching is working with a welcoming mainstream secondary school in the Farnham area, offering graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting students across the academic year.
This is a full-time, long-term role where you’ll work closely with teachers and pastoral staff, helping students both inside and outside the classroom while building your own confidence and skills within education.
What You Can Expect:

We Are Looking For Graduates Who:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree (minimum 2:2)
- Are genuinely passionate about supporting young people
- Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Are proactive, empathetic, and eager to learn
- Want to gain practical experience within education
- Are considering a future career working with children and young people
