Order Fulfilment & Packing Assistant
Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Fulfilment & Packing Assistant to join our growing team. This role involves preparing customer orders, maintaining organised stock, and ensuring all parcels are packed accurately and dispatched on time.
The successful candidate will play an important role in delivering a great customer experience through efficient order processing and high attention to detail. Previous warehouse, retail, or fulfilment experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Preparing parcels for daily dispatch
- Printing and applying shipping labels
- Organising and replenishing stock
- Assisting with stock counts and inventory checks
- Conducting quality control checks before orders are shipped
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient working environment
- Receiving and organising incoming deliveries
- Supporting general fulfilment and operational tasks as required
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform picking and packing tasks accurately
- Basic computer skills for processing orders and shipping labels
- Previous warehouse, packing, retail, or fulfilment experience is advantageous but not essential
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: £12.21-£14.50 per hour
