We’re looking for an Account Director to join a creative, fast-moving agency in Leeds. The roles needs a client service expert to lead strategy, drive delivery, and spot opportunities to do bigger, better work.
You’ll be leading a mix of brand, campaign, retail and activation-led work, helping clients show up in the right way, in the right places.

What You’ll Be Doing
✔ Leading client relationships — becoming the trusted go-to for guidance, direction and delivery
✔ Owning projects end-to-end, making sure everything lands on time and to a high standard
✔ Working closely with internal teams to bring ideas to life
✔ Shaping strategic direction — adding value to briefs and pushing for better outcomes
✔ Keeping on top of trends, insights and how brands engage across channels
✔ Solving problems proactively and making confident, well-informed decisions
✔ Leading and inspiring account and creative teams to deliver standout work
✔ Managing budgets, forecasting and hitting revenue targets
✔ Supporting and developing more junior team members
✔ Identifying and supporting new business opportunities
✔ Writing and delivering pitches and proposals
✔ Leading client meetings and presentations with authority
✔ Creating clear, compelling decks with strong strategic thinking behind them
✔ Driving best practice across processes and ways of working
✔ Running project wrap-ups to capture learnings and improve future output
✔ Ensuring quality control across all work delivered
What You’ll Bring
Experience & Skills
- Around 6+ years’ experience in an agency environment
- A background in marketing or a related field
- Strong leadership skills — you know how to get the best out of people
- Highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Solid commercial awareness — confident with budgets and forecasting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A confident presenter who can hold a room
