What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
– Minimum full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education
– 3+ years’ Nursery Management experience
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team
– A commitment to ongoing professional development and training
– Passion for delivering outstanding childcare and education
– Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
– A customer-focused approach, always willing to go above and beyond for families
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the day-to-day running of the nursery
– Support, motivate, and develop the staff team
– Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
– Maintain high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding
– Ensure nursery policies and procedures are followed at all times
– Promote a positive, welcoming environment for families and staff
