Job Summary
Must help out with the spray painters assisting them through out, furthermore We are seeking an experienced Scaffolder specialising in Pasma scaffolding to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in erecting, dismantling, and inspecting scaffolding structures in compliance with safety standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to large-scale projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and precision throughout all phases of scaffolding work. Responsibilities
- Erect, dismantle, and modify Pasma scaffolding structures according to project specifications and safety regulations.
- Preparing areas for painters to paint.
- Collaborate with other trades and site personnel to coordinate scaffold installation and removal efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring all tools and materials are stored safely after use.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report any safety concerns or structural issues immediately to supervisors.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Scaffolder with specialised knowledge in Pasma scaffolding systems.
- Demonstrable understanding of construction site safety standards and regulations related to scaffolding.
- Familiarity with a variety of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques used in scaffolding assembly.
- Additional skills in carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, electrical work, or related trades are advantageous.
- Experience working with site drawings, technical plans, and engineering specifications is preferred.
- Ability to work at heights safely and comfortably for extended periods.
