Where has your journey taken you so far?
- Are you interested in working in an exciting fast-moving food business?
- Do you enjoy working with data?
- Are you naturally detail-orientated and enjoy organisational tasks?
If you're passionate about ensuring data accuracy, and supporting a team in delivering high-quality products and information, then why not make our journey your journey?
Play an important part in our journey.
As a Customer Technical Assistant, you’ll protect the integrity of our product data, keeping it as accurate as possible. You will help with the technical aspects of product development, launches, and supplier performance.
You will get involved with a variety of internal teams and will support them with technical administrative tasks, from creating specifications, conducting supplier performance reviews, monitoring quality and KPI targets. Your keen eye for detail will help identify and resolve discrepancies in product information across platforms, and you’ll work closely within the Technical Services team to address any technical related issues.
You’ll contribute to the delivery of timely and accurate reports, both routine and ad-hoc.
A large part of your role will involve supporting product data management, ensuring specifications are up to standard, and assisting in the review of product information and marketing queries for accuracy and compliance.
