What you will do

Assist Head Concierge with the day to day running of the Concierge department to ensure that all of our guests’ needs and requests are met

As London experts, confidently recommend the most suitable attractions, tours, shows and restaurants and have the know how to guarantee reservations

Be the liaison for guests and their internal/external bookings ensuring clear verbal and written communication with everyone involved

Monitor and supervise the concierge department to ensure the team providing a friendly, courteous service to our guests
What you will bring

Experience in a luxury environment

Knowledgeable about London and key tourist attractions

Membership in Les Clefs d’Or (The Golden Keys)
