Part-Time Property Manager (2 days per week plus agreed overtime)
Salary: £35,000 pro rata
Package: Contributory Pension Scheme, lunch at Fleming House, mileage when using own vehicle

ANA Treatment Centres provides residential addiction treatment for adults across a 27-bed residential unit and several HMO properties in Portsmouth. We are seeking a well-organised and proactive Part-Time Property Manager to oversee maintenance, compliance, and small improvement projects across our estate.
About the Role
Working two days per week with some agreed overtime, you will manage both reactive and planned maintenance, coordinate contractors, support and supervise our full-time maintenance staff member, and ensure our properties remain safe, compliant, and well maintained. You will also act as the Responsible Person for HMO licences and liaise with external landlords where required.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prioritise planned and reactive maintenance
- Maintain and update maintenance records and spreadsheets
- Supervise and support the full-time maintenance operative
- Complete basic maintenance tasks where appropriate
- Manage diary, credit card expenditure, and routine administration
- Arrange quotes, schedule works, and manage contractors
- Lead improvement projects from scoping to sign-off
- Ensure HMO licence compliance and liaise with Portsmouth City Council
- Act as point of contact for external landlord maintenance matters
Person Requirements
- Property or facilities management experience (advantageous)
- Strong understanding of building maintenance processes
- Well organised and able to prioritise effectively
- Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel
