Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to complete tasks efficiently and safely
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to maintain consistent availability for all users
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a healthy environment for everyone
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution
- Maintain cleanliness logs and record completed tasks accurately throughout each shift
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as assigned to uphold overall facility standards
Qualifications
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety guidelines
- Good physical stamina, including the ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Knowledge of basic cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided
