Are you a passionate dietitian looking to make a real difference in your community? We are seeking a self-motivated Band 6 Dietitian to join our dynamic team, focusing on Nutrition Support and Home Enteral Tube Feeding. You will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care across a diverse population.
Our supportive, innovative team spans Hammersmith & Fulham, Westminster, and Kensington & Chelsea, meeting monthly in person and weekly virtually for team building and collabo ration . We are committed to evidence-based practice, inclusivity and wellbeing for both patients and staff.

Who we’re looking for:
Registered dietitian with experience in nutrition support and home enteral feeding
Flexible, self-motivated and committed to person-centred care
Strong communicator and team player who builds networks with GPs, nurses and care agencies
Passionate about learning, innovation and improving patient care
Join us and help transform the lives of people in your community through expert dietetic care.
Provide person-centred dietetic care for individuals at risk of malnutrition or requiring enteral feeding across home visits , c are h omes and clinics .
Support people with malnutrition through food-based interventions and appropriate oral nutritional supplementation, working closely with multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs), service users, families, carers, and care agencies.
Organise and manage your own caseload, including administrative duties, referrals and liaison with other services.
Deliver education and training sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, and service innovation.
