HVAC Labourer (Ad-Hoc Leading to Full-Time)
Location: Evesham and surrounding areas
Pay: £150 per day (based on an 8-hour day)

Overview
DW Maintenance Ltd is looking for a reliable and hardworking labourer to assist with domestic and light commercial air conditioning installations and maintenance.
This is initially an ad-hoc position as work continues to grow, so I can't guarantee full-time hours straight away. However, for the right person, my intention is to increase the workload as the business expands, with the aim of offering a full-time position in the future.
If you're eager to learn and prove yourself, I'll invest in your HVAC training and help you build a long-term career within the business.
If you're not currently self-employed, I'm happy to help you get set up as a sole trader.
Duties
- Assisting with the installation of air conditioning systems.
- Carrying tools, materials and equipment.
- Working safely at height using ladders.
- Drilling, lifting and general installation work.
- Assisting with refrigerant pipework, trunking and condensate drains.
- Keeping work areas clean and tidy.
- Loading and unloading the van.
- Supporting commissioning and testing where required.
- Representing the business professionally while working in customers' homes and businesses.
Requirements
- Comfortable working at height on ladders.
- Physically fit and able to carry equipment and materials.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
- Reliable, punctual and willing to start early when required.
- Good attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Previous construction, maintenance, roofing, electrical or HVAC experience is an advantage but not essential.
