We're looking for a Site Agent / Assistant Project Manager to join our delivery team and play a key role in the successful delivery of this high-priority scheme. Working alongside experienced project leaders, you'll help coordinate the planning, delivery and performance of a complex infrastructure project, gaining exposure to every stage of the project lifecycle.

You'll play a key role in:
- Supporting the safe and effective delivery of projects and work packages.
- Monitoring project performance, programme milestones and key risks.
- Assisting with project reporting, forecasting and commercial processes.
- Driving high standards of health, safety, environmental and quality performance.
- Identifying opportunities for innovation, efficiency and continuous improvement.

You're an organised and proactive construction professional who enjoys bringing people together to deliver successful projects. You're comfortable working with site teams, customers and stakeholders, and can balance competing priorities whilst maintaining attention to detail.
You'll be a strong communicator, take ownership of your work and share our commitment to safety, quality, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Experience working within civil engineering, highways, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders and project teams.
- Knowledge of health, safety, environmental and quality requirements within a construction environment.
- An understanding of NEC contracts and commercial principles would be advantageous.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and project planning software.
- Degree, HNC/HND, NVQ or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- SMSTS or SSSTS qualification.
- A desire to work towards professional membership such as APM, ICE or a related institution.
