Cornwall Staff Agency are currently looking for two Support Workers for temporary-to-permanent positions in Helston. We have one daytime position and one nighttime position available, supporting a lady within her own home environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position, with the opportunity to become permanent with the client after 12 weeks.
Day Support Worker

36 hours per week

8am–8pm shifts

Night Support Worker

24 hours per week

8pm–8am shifts

£16.00 per hour

Both positions are available for an ASAP start and we are looking for candidates who are committed to working long term.
You will be supporting a lady within her own home environment, providing consistent, person-centred support and helping her maintain her independence and wellbeing.
The individual has autism and mental health needs, so we are looking for someone who is patient, understanding and able to provide calm, reliable and consistent support.
Building trust and developing a positive working relationship is particularly important, so the successful candidates will need to be committed to providing ongoing support.
Previous experience in a care or support role is required

Care Certificate is preferred, or willingness to complete this
