We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented T-Shirt Printing / Production Operative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front of house - serve customers and accept orders in efficient and expedient way.
- Operate t-shirt printing equipment, including digital printing machines.
- Prepare and set up printing materials and equipment for each job.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of printed designs, making adjustments as necessary.
- Monitor the printing process to ensure consistency and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in t-shirt printing or customer facing roles is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of relevant computer software (vector and raster graphic programmes), further training will be provided.
- Ability to take initiative and responsibility with strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, outgoing and confident to work with general public and the team
- Basic knowledge of printing techniques and equipment maintenance.
