Senior Manager - Cheltenham
Accountancy Elite are delighted to be recruiting for a warm, well established and highly respected accountancy practice based in Cheltenham who are looking to welcome an experienced Senior Manager into their leadership team.

Salary: £55,000 to £75,000 depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a varied portfolio of clients
- Reviewing accounts, tax and advisory work
- Supporting and mentoring managers and junior staff
- Attending client meetings and providing commercial advice
- Helping drive growth and identify new opportunities
- Working closely with directors on wider business decisions
What we’re looking for:
- Previous UK accountancy practice experience is essential
- Portfolio management experience within practice
- Strong technical knowledge across accounts and tax
- Confident people leader and communicator
- ACA / ACCA qualified preferred
