We are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our successful lettings team, working from both our Abingdon and Wantage offices.
The role will be responsible for contributing towards generating and maintaining profitable sales within the office area and working as part of the office team to achieve targets.
Responsibilities include (not limited to);

Grow the lettings portfolio
- Meet and greet all visitors and register, book viewings and valuations
- Carry out viewings
- Deal with website referrals without delay, contact to register, book viewings and valuations where appropriate.
- Ability to work to defined policies and procedures.
- Ability to quickly learn a good level of influencing and negotiating skills.
- Ability to multi task and prioritize, good at time management.
- Adaptable to change moving with the economic climate.
- Demonstrate good team player attitude.
- Demonstrate strong IT and admin skills.
- Customer facing skills – ability to remain calm under pressure, build and maintain strong relationships with a varied audience.
- Driving License is essential
- Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday working 9am-4pm (on a rota)
