This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in manufacturing. No previous factory experience is required, as full training will be provided.
The Role
As an Entry Level Factory Worker, you will work as part of a busy production team, helping to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Operating basic production machinery following full training.
- Assembling and preparing products in line with production instructions/technical drawings.
- Carrying out quality checks and reporting any defects or issues.
- Packing finished products ready for dispatch.
- Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe.
- Following company health & safety procedures at all times.
- Meeting production targets and deadlines as part of a team.
- Completing basic production paperwork and records.
- Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to maintain smooth production.
- Following all company procedures and maintaining high standards of quality.
About You
We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and keen to learn. Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.
You will ideally:
- Have a positive and willing attitude.
- Be punctual and dependable.
- Have good attention to detail.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
- Have good communication and teamwork skills.
- Be willing to learn new skills and work with machinery.
- Take pride in producing high-quality work.
- Be committed to maintaining a safe working environment.
