Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Glass Collector/Bar Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organised bar environment, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and previous experience in food and beverage settings. Responsibilities
- Collect used glasses and clean bar areas to maintain hygiene standards
- Serve drinks efficiently and accurately to guests at the bar or tables
- Assist with food preparation when required, including basic garnishing and presentation
- Replenish stock levels of beverages, glassware, and bar supplies throughout shifts
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service and answering queries
- Ensure the bar area is organised, tidy, and complies with health and safety regulations
- Support the team during busy periods by assisting with various duties as needed
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by promoting positive guest interactions
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or bar environments is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation and serving techniques is advantageous
- Experience working in hotels or similar establishments is a plus
- Barista experience or background in serving drinks enhances suitability for the role
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Familiarity with health and safety standards within food and beverage settings
