As a Proactive Team Investigation Specialist, you will join us on our journey and undertake an influential role by leading proactive, intelligence‑led fraud investigations to identify, develop, and disrupt threats within the Post Office network.
The role converts problem profiles created by the Intelligence Team into structured enquiries, gathers and assesses evidence, and delivers outcomes ranging from disruption and risk mitigation to criminal referral, policy / system improvements and supporting operational performance outcomes. They will also assist with other investigative work as required in support of A&CI outputs.
