TDDI Nurse – Community Complex Care
Blue Knight Living Care is seeking an experienced TDDI Nurse to support the safe delivery of complex care across supported living services in Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.
This is a clinically focused role suited to a confident nurse who values autonomy, accountability and real influence in service delivery. You will work within a structured governance framework to ensure individuals receiving Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury are supported safely in community settings.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide clinical leadership and nursing input across community-based care packages requiring TDDI support.
You will work alongside operational leadership to ensure safe delivery of care, maintain clinical standards and support workforce competence. The role includes providing guidance to care teams, supporting safe decision making, strengthening care delivery through clinical oversight and acting as a point of escalation where health needs change.
You will also work collaboratively with wider health professionals to ensure individuals receive coordinated and appropriate support within their home or supported living environment.
This role plays an important part in ensuring people with complex needs can be supported safely outside hospital settings.
