Casa Loca is an exciting new tequila and cocktail bar opening in the heart of Manchester. Bringing together premium tequila, handcrafted cocktails, vibrant entertainment and unforgettable experiences, we're looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our opening team and help create one of Manchester's newest nightlife destinations.

The Role
As Bar Supervisor, you'll support the management team in the day-to-day running of the venue while leading by example on the floor. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high operational standards and motivating the team throughout every shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the bar team during service.
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Act as a key holder, confidently opening and closing the venue.
- Support the management team with daily operations.
- Prepare and serve premium cocktails to Casa Loca's standards.
- Ensure consistency, quality and speed of service.
- Maintain excellent cleanliness and presentation throughout the venue.
- Complete cash handling, till reconciliation and end-of-day procedures.
- Assist with stock control, deliveries and stock takes.
- Ensure licensing laws, Challenge 25, Health & Safety and company procedures are followed.
- Train, support and motivate team members.
- Work closely with management, DJs, entertainers and security to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Essential Requirements
We're looking for someone who has:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Bar Supervisor or Team Leader.
- Cocktail trained, with the ability to confidently prepare classic and premium cocktails.
- Previous key holder responsibility, including opening and closing a venue independently.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy venue.
- Experience with cash handling and end-of-day procedures.
- Good knowledge of licensing legislation, Challenge 25 and responsible alcohol service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and late-night shifts.
Working Hours
- 35 contracted hours per week
- 4-day working week
- Shift patterns will vary depending on business needs.
- As a late-night venue, shifts may be scheduled between 9:00am and 4:00am.
- Evening and weekend availability is essential.
- You'll receive at least one weekend day off every week (Friday, Saturday or Sunday), subject to business requirements.
