At ila | Independent Living Advisers, we connect you with people in the community who need a little extra support to make their lives a little easier. We work with a wide variety of clients, providing different levels of support and care throughout the region.
Role Description:
We are currently looking for Support Workers who enjoy spending time with people, often older adults, and can help with household tasks, companionship and other home-related support.
Your activities could include:
- Preparing Meals
- Cleaning, ironing, and general household chores
- Providing companionship
- Accompanying clients on trips into town
- Supporting clients with appointments
- Helping with shopping
This role is suited to someone who connects well with others, enjoys spending time with people and is comfortable working independently.
You can choose who you work with and how many hours you provide. We believe in creating flexible opportunities that allow people to work around a schedule that suits them.
