Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Prepper/Painter specializing in light commercial repairs to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint , ensuring high-quality finishes and durable results, develop your skills in construction painting, and contribute to the upkeep of commercial environments.#

Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming to ensure optimal adhesion and finish quality
- cars and light repairs to vehicles
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of waste materials
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times during work activities
Requirements
- Experience in construction painting or related light commercial repair work preferred
- Strong communication skills in English to understand instructions and collaborate effectively with team members
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishes and proper surface preparation
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to painting and light repairs
- Reliable transportation to reach multiple job sites as required

Pay: £14.06-£23.53 per hour
