We are looking for an experienced, passionate and highly motivated Operations Manager to lead a dedicated Adult Social Care team.
You will be supporting adults with complex needs, individuals who maybe experiencing homelessness, or who are affected by domestic abuse. An excellent communicator, you will build and maintain strong partnerships with health services, housing providers, voluntary sector organisations, police, and other stakeholders.
As an experienced operational leader you will drive excellent outcomes, ensuring that vulnerable adults receive high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, safety, and wellbeing.
This is a fabulous opportunity to develop a new service with the support from the Practice Manager and other partners. In promoting a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and professional development, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of a multidisciplinary team.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Registered with professional body i.e. SWE.
- Significant management experience within a relevant field, working with individuals with complex needs, homelessness, domestic abuse, safeguarding.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with experience managing operational performance, quality standards and budgets
- Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance, including the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding responsibilities.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships and work effectively across organisational boundaries.
