Reports to: Marketing Manager
Supporting the Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering the marketing strategy across Ludlow Farmshop, Ludlow Kitchen, Ludlow Giftshop, Ludlow Pantry and The Clive Arms. As an integral member of the marketing team, you'll be responsible for creating highly engaging social media content, managing our online social presence, coordinating PR activities and helping deliver events and community initiatives.
You'll have a passion for creating compelling written, photographic and video content, with the confidence to produce high-quality reels, stories and campaigns. You'll be responsible for planning and managing the social media content calendar, monitoring performance, engaging with our online community and delivering paid social campaigns.
Alongside social media, you'll support a range of PR and customer engagement activities, including organising charity visits, leading customer feedback initiatives and building positive relationships with local community groups.
We are looking for someone with a passion for creating engaging and inspiring social media content, excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Essential experience in: Hootsuite, Adobe Photoshop and Canva
Preferred experience in: Adobe InDesign
Specific responsibilities within the role (but not limited to):
Social media:
· Creating and scheduling high quality, engaging, on-brand, content for a variety of social channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
· Capture high-quality photography and videography, editing content for use across social media, the website and other digital channels.
· Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring content is creative, relevant and aligned with seasonal campaigns and business objectives.
· Create, schedule and optimise paid social advertising campaigns, managing monthly advertising spend in line with agreed budgets.
· Engage with customers across social media platforms, responding promptly and professionally to messages and comments to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
· Respond to charity and community requests
· Collaborating with Managers around the business to ensure that social media online content is supported and delivered effectively.
· Analysing data to evaluate the success of social media and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.
· Monitor industry activity to identify learnings & apply recommendations to ensure social is current.
Public Relations:
· Coordinate and support group tours and educational visits
· Lead customer feedback initiatives, including surveys, and report on findings
· Organise and coordinate on-site charity visits and community engagement activities
· Run in-store food tastings
· Be the point of contact for annual charity and community requests
Pay: £12.91-£13.54 per hour
