About Lattuca Invest
Lattuca Invest is a fast-growing property investment, refurbishment and management company operating across South Wales.
Due to continued growth across our property portfolio and maintenance contracts, we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer / Multi-Trade Operative to join our in-house maintenance team.
This is a hands-on role covering a wide variety of maintenance and repair work across residential properties.
The Role
No two days will be the same. You will attend properties across South Wales carrying out reactive maintenance, planned repairs and general property works.
Typical work will include:
- Plumbing repairs – leaks, taps, toilets, wastes, traps and replacing fittings
- Carpentry – doors, locks, handles, hinges, skirting and general repairs
- Patch plastering and making good
- Painting and decorating
- Silicone and sealing works
- Kitchen and bathroom repairs
- Window and door repairs
- Minor flooring repairs
- Damp and mould treatment
- Guttering and minor external repairs
- Fencing and general external maintenance
- Diagnosing maintenance issues and identifying the correct repair
- Completing smaller maintenance jobs independently
- Working alongside our other trades on larger jobs
- Taking clear before-and-after photographs
- Reporting any additional defects or works required
- Ensuring properties are left clean and tidy
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is genuinely multi-skilled and experienced in property maintenance.
You should:
- Have previous property maintenance or building experience
- Be competent across several trades
- Be able to diagnose problems rather than simply follow instructions
- Be confident working independently
- Have a high standard of workmanship
- Be reliable, punctual and organised
- Be professional when dealing with tenants, landlords and clients
- Be comfortable working in occupied residential properties
- Understand the importance of health and safety
- Have your own basic hand tools
- Hold a full UK driving licence
Trade qualifications are an advantage, but we're equally interested in real-world experience, reliability and quality of work.

Pay: Up to £17.00 per hour
Experience:
- Maintenance: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
