We are looking for a full time Controller/Coordinator for our busy Minicab call centre in Streatham SW16.
Day shift with hours to be confirmed.
Experience of controlling a minicab circuit with Cordic dispatch required.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be polite and courteous at all times and have the ability to work under pressure.
Duties to include:
- Dispatch of bookings to drivers utilising Cordic.
- Answering telephone calls from customers.
- Answering driver queries.
- You will need good spoken and written English.
We are a friendly busy office with many account, corporate and leisure clients for you to build a good relationship with.
