Paralegal – Family Team
Location: Merseyside/Cheshire
As part of our continued growth, Bell Lamb & Joynson are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join our growing Family team. The ideal candidate will provide legal and administrative support to the Family Law team, assisting with public law matters such as care proceedings and pre-proceedings. The role involves working closely with solicitors, clients, and external agencies to ensure effective case management and a high standard of client care.
The role is initially office‑based, moving to a hybrid arrangement on completion of probation. The successful candidate will be hands‑on and collaborative, confident in managing their own workload, and comfortable balancing high standards of client care with the pace and demands of a busy Family team. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage expectations, prioritise effectively, and support clients with empathy and professionalism throughout often sensitive and emotionally challenging matters.
