Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements or reservations
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring high standards of presentation and service
- Support bar operations by bartending or preparing specialty drinks as needed, including barista-style coffee or tea beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Ensure food safety standards are adhered to during food preparation, serving, and handling processes
- Assist with catering events or special functions by setting up, serving, and clearing tables promptly
- Handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant service, catering, or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety protocols
- Experience in bartending or barista roles is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
- Knowledge of serving etiquette and hospitality best practices
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
