We are a growing scaffolding company looking for a motivated and hardworking Apprentice Scaffolder to join our team through an apprenticeship scheme with Weston College. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade, gain industry-recognised qualifications, and build a long-term career in the construction industry.
Working alongside experienced scaffolders, you will receive hands-on training while assisting with the erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffold structures on a variety of residential and commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting scaffolders with the safe erection and dismantling of scaffolding.
- Loading, unloading, and transporting scaffolding materials.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times.
- Learning industry standards and best practices.
- Attending apprenticeship training and completing coursework as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Good level of physical fitness.
- Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.
- No previous scaffolding experience required – full training will be provided.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with overtime available (age permitting)
Licence/Certification:
- UK Driving Licence (preferred) If you do not have a driving licence or your own transport then you will need to ensure you can make your own travel arrangements to get to Longhope Business Park by 06:30am and picked up around 3:30pm/4:00pm
Work Location: On-site across various locations.
Pay: £8.00-£10.00 per hour
