Mysons Ltd is seeking an accomplished Contracts Manager to oversee multiple windows and doors installation contracts across London and South of the M4 corridor. This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially aware, delivery-focused professional who can hit the ground running, take full ownership of live projects, and drive high standards of quality, safety, and client service.
About the Role
In this role, you will manage contracts from pre-start through to completion and handover, ensuring programmes are delivered efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standard. You will coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, and client expectations while maintaining tight control over quality, commercial performance, and health and safety. Regular travel to sites across London and the South of the M4 corridor will form a key part of the position.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage multiple installation contracts from pre-start through to completion and final handover.
· Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, and programme to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
· Carry out regular site visits across London and the South of the M4 corridor, maintaining quality standards and resolving issues proactively.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, site teams, and internal stakeholders.
· Oversee contract administration, variations, reporting, and commercial performance across live projects.
· Drive high standards of health and safety, compliance, and workmanship at every stage of delivery.
· Support the continued growth and reputation of Mysons Ltd through professional, dependable project delivery.
Requirements
· Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role within windows, doors, glazing, or construction installation.
· A strong track record of successfully managing multiple live contracts and maintaining programme delivery.
· Commercial awareness, with confidence in cost control, variations, and client management.
· Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
· A sound understanding of health and safety requirements and site compliance.
· The ability to work independently, make decisions, and manage a busy project workload.
· Full UK driving licence is essential.
· SMSTS, CSCS, or other relevant construction qualifications would be advantageous.
