Duties
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility to ensure comfort and safety
- Support the implementation of personalized care plans tailored to each individual’s needs and preferences
- Provide companionship and emotional support to foster positive relationships and enhance quality of life
- Maintain clear communication with team members, clients, and family members to ensure seamless care delivery
- Use IT systems to document care activities accurately and update records promptly
- Drive between different locations for home care visits, ensuring timely and reliable service delivery
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to create a safe environment for clients and staff
Requirements
- Proven experience working in a care home or providing home care services is highly desirable
- Valid driving license with reliable access to a vehicle for travel between client locations
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly
- Basic IT skills for maintaining accurate electronic records and updating care plans
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of care plans, health & safety procedures, and confidentiality standards
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and client needs

Pay: £25,420.00-£35,796.41 per year
