Hemp Well Limited is a rapidly growing SME focused in the CBD health and wellness sector, based at York Science Park on the University of York Campus with retail stores in York, Harrogate and Brighton. We are looking to recruit a Part-Time (1-3 days) retail consultant working from our York sales outlet in High Petergate.
The role will be split between in-store sales and helping with our webssite development & maintenance. While working in our retail store, you must be willing to give the very best customer service experience to our customers. The emphasis will be on service. If you have the personality that our customers will appreciate, and if you enjoy an environment where you can really engage with the customer, then this could be the role for you.
Our customers are typically looking for some guidance on product selection so we will provide product training for you. You might also be asked to answer online customer questions. When you are not busy serving customers so you will be helping with our websites so experience with woocommerce and shopify an advantage. You will helping develop new pages/content and helping with overall page design. Basic graphics skills an advantage.
Previous retail experience is NOT essential but a working knowledge of general health and wellness is a definate advantage. We have the all the necessary support and training to get you up to speed and delivering excellent service.
Your Duties Will Include
IN RETAIL STORE
- Delivering a swift and friendly service to every customer consistently
- Achieving high standards to meet customers’ expectations
- Working as part of a team focused on delivering a positive customer experience
- Cash Handling
- Till systems/POS
- Working to store plans and sales points
- Upkeep of the store and stock room/ Stock rotation
ADDITIONAL
- Helping with wordpress and shopify website development and maintenance.
