Job description; We are a small family owned hotel looking for an enthusiastic chef to join our existing team of staff. We do a varied selection of food from all the classics to Tapas in our new cocktail bar. You must be able:- to assist the kitchen team to maintain and improve quality, standards and cleanliness required by the head chef- to work different shift patterns/breakfast service/lunch service and evening- to be flexible. This is not a live in position.
