Job Title: Acoustic Pod & Office Furniture Installer – UK Wide (Self-Employed)

Pay: Guaranteed minimum £715/week for your first 3 months, then moving to project-based rates with enhancements and incentives thereafter — real potential to earn significantly more. Van, fuel card and travel expenses provided.
About Us:
Space Office installs acoustic office pods and booths, along with office furniture, for corporate clients across the UK. We're expanding our installation team and looking for reliable, hands-on installers to join us nationwide.
The Role:
This is a self-employed subcontractor position. You'll be trained to build and install acoustic office pods and booths on client sites across the UK, alongside general office furniture assembly and installation as part of the same projects. This is a specialist pod/booth installation role — full product training is provided, so prior booth experience isn't required, though it's a bonus.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Installing acoustic office pods/booths on site, following manufacturer specifications
- Assembling and installing office furniture as part of wider project scope
- Working to a national schedule, travelling to client sites across the UK
- Representing the company professionally and safely on client premises
What We're Looking For:
- A carpentry, joinery or fit-out background is ideal but not essential
- Previous experience with booth/pod installation or furniture assembly is an advantage, though full training is provided
- CSCS card desirable (not essential)
- Full, clean UK driving licence required (no more than 3 points)
- Confident and willing to drive a long-wheelbase Mercedes Sprinter van
- Own basic hand tools and a mobile phone
- Comfortable working on a self-employed with national travel and overnight stays when required.
- Reliable, physically fit, and genuinely committed to consistent work
