Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Associate to join our team at the Leisure Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible to welcome guests, perform correctly and efficiently their registration in connection with the leisure facilities usage and maintain the cleanliness of the leisure facilities as per the hotel standards. Ensure the Health and Safety procedures are adhered to at all times. When necessary, assume control of the shift in the absence of a supervisor..
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide information about centre facilities and programmes
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the reception area to maintain a professional appearance
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, or concerns promptly and courteously
- Maintain accurate records of guests details in line with Hotel Standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and high standards of customer service
- Adhere at all times to the personal health and safety by using the equipment provided by the company for cleaning purposes.
- Assist all guests who have queries complaints or require information, in a polite, friendly and helpful manner.
- To adhere at all times to the company’s data protection policies and procedures
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or guest services is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
- A proactive attitude with a genuine interest in providing outstanding guest experiences
