The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of the venue. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth operations, high service standards, and a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in daily operations
- Lead and motivate your team
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
- Assist with rotas, stock control, and ordering
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations
- Support training and development of staff
- Drive sales and contribute to business growth
About You
- Previous experience in hospitality management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Calm under pressure in a busy environment
- Passionate about customer service
- Flexible and reliable approach to working hours
- Knowledge of food safety and licensing regulations (preferred)
