We are looking for a motivated and reliable Production Team Member to join our growing Production Department.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, technology and learning new skills. Our Production Department is responsible for building, testing, preparing and shipping industry-leading computer systems and technology products.
Whilst the department carries out a wide range of activities, full training will be provided, and you will be supported throughout your onboarding journey. You will learn new processes step-by-step, developing your skills and knowledge over time as your confidence grows.
Whether you already have production experience or simply have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, this role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a broad range of technical and manufacturing skills within a supportive team environment.
Duties
- Preparing and kitting materials for production.
- Building computer systems, servers and technology products.
- Carrying out soldering, cable assembly and crimping tasks.
- Testing products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Packing completed products ready for shipment.
- Following documented work instructions and quality procedures.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Supporting stock handling and material movements.
- Assisting other operational departments when required.
- Participating in training and continuous improvement activities
Qualifications, Skills & Experience

- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths, English or a technical subject.
- Interest in technology, electronics or manufacturing.

Holidays
- 30 days per holiday year inclusive of statutory bank holidays.
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 1:30pm
- 30-minute unpaid break every working day.
- Contractual working week: 38.5 hours
