We’re working with a well-regarded law firm looking to add a Commercial Property Paralegal / Fee Earner to its property team.
This is a hands-on position offering exposure to a broad range of commercial property work. Depending on your experience, you’ll support senior fee earners while also having the opportunity to take responsibility for appropriate matters of your own.
Your day-to-day work could include:
- Assisting with commercial sales and purchases
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Commercial leases and lease renewals
- Drafting documents and correspondence
- Liaising directly with clients and other professionals
- Supporting more experienced lawyers on larger or more complex transactions
The firm is looking for somebody with previous commercial property experience, but you don’t necessarily need to tick every box. What’s equally important is having a genuine interest in this area and wanting to continue building your knowledge.
