This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished care professional with extensive experience across Nursing, Residential, Dementia, and Mental Health services who is passionate about delivering exceptional standards of care and achieving positive outcomes for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide management and leadership support across multiple local care homes.
- Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care.
- Support homes to achieve and maintain compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards.
- Lead improvement plans and drive continuous service development.
- Manage recruitment, retention, and development of care teams.
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational performance effectively.
- Work closely with senior leadership teams to deliver strategic objectives.
- Prepare and support services through CQC inspections.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff and healthcare professionals.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Care Home Manager within the adult social care sector with a strong knowledge of:
- Nursing Care
- Residential Care
- Dementia Care
- Mental Health Services
- Excellent understanding of CQC regulations, quality standards, and governance requirements.
- Experience of leading services through improvement.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between services.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
